Elizabeth I. McBurney, MD is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine, New Orleans. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Carney Hospital and Boston University Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. McBurney completed her Dermatology residency at Charity Hospital and Louisiana State University School of Medicine. She founded Skin Care Specialists in 1980. She serves on the faculty of both LSU and Tulane Health Sciences Centers as Clinical Professor of Dermatology. Board certified in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology, her special interests include cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, laser surgery, and skin rejuvenation. Dr. McBurney holds leadership positions in many professional organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Dermatological Association, and the Women's Dermatologic Society. She has written and published many articles on dermatologic subjects and won many awards for her contributions to dermatology. Dr. McBurney serves on the medical staff of Slidell Memorial Hospital, Northshore Regional Medical Center, and the Medical Center of Louisiana. |

H. Patrick Ragland, MD graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine (Honors Program), New Orleans. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Ochsner Foundation Hospital, and his Dermatology residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans. Dr. Ragland completed a fellowship in Mohs' Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology with Dr. Edward Parry. He joined Skin Care Specialists in 1995, specializing in Mohs' Micrographic Surgery. Dr. Ragland is board certified in Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Southern Medical Association, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American College of Mohs' Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology. A member of the medical staff at Northshore Regional Medical Center and Slidell Memorial Hospital, he holds a faculty appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor in Dermatology at LSU Health Sciences Center. |

Deborah C. Hilton, MD graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine, New Orleans. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine and her residency in dermatology at the Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans. Dr. Hilton joined Skin Care Specialists in 2002. She is board certified in Dermatology and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Dermatology, the Women's Dermatologic Society and the Louisiana Dermatologic Society. She is a member of the medical staff at Slidell Memorial Hospital and Northshore Regional Medical Center |
