Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  (Mon. - Thurs.) 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (Friday) Please call our office at 985-649-5880 or 800-351-0463

If you cannot keep your appointment, please call as soon as possible so that we may use this time to see someone else in need. If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment time in order to complete necessary paperwork.

Every effort is made to see patients on time. If an emergency arises and we are running behind schedule, we will try to contact you and rearrange your appointment if desired.
