If you have a question about your condition or treatment, our professional staff is ready to help you. Often the nurse or receptionist can answer your questions, consulting with one of the doctors when necessary. Our doctors schedule call back times throughout the day.

In case of an emergency in the evening or on weekends, our answering service will direct you to go to Slidell Memorial Hospital (or your nearest hospital emergency room) where you will be evaluated by the emergency room physician. They will call Dr. McBurney, Dr. Ragland, or Dr. Hilton if needed.
